Despair

Walk through oceans, walk through coals but it'll never amount to walking through one's sorrows.

  1. Having known despair in my life.......losing my mother then 3 days later was told my husband was terminally ill and within 2 months he too had left me. I didn't feel the burning coals or how deep the ocean was. It wasn't until I could accept what fate had dealt me could I feel again. I am now a positive person,
have goals I wish to achieve but the memories I have are mine and nothing can take that away from me.
Despair is a lonely word I like to use the word lost, for I was totally lost for a while.

  3. I hope you're just writing about despair and not feeling it! Looks like you're accomplishing a lot of interesting writing over here! :) Thanks for the visit you made to my blog, too.

  4. I've been mulling over this for a good 5 minutes trying to figure out how I feel about the sentence.

I'm still trying to figure it out.

How does walking through sorrow feel?

  5. Yes I understand it means feeling them. I just was trying to figure out what exactly that sensation would be.
